Great Beauty finds at your Local Whole Foods

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Whole Foods is normally not the place you rush out to when you are down on moisturizer, but let me say this, you are missing out on some great beauty finds. I learned this from some great friends when I lived in Los Angeles. People in Cali love Whole Foods not just for their organic produce, but for the outstanding beauty isles. The beauty products are gentle on your skin and hair and you can be assured these products are made up of safe ingredients. The prices are great as well and I would put these products up against some of the most expensive that you buy at a department store.

Below are a few of the products I have fallen in love with and can’t live without. Drop us a comment if you have products you love from Whole Foods.

evanhealy Rose Geranium Facial Tonic HydroSoul

I love this Rose Geranium face tonic. It works wonder on your face when your skin is stressed, sunburned, or broken out. It is 100% fresh plant hydrosol and nothing else. The company distilled it in alembic copper at low temperatures over a period of three to four hours.

Dr Hauschka Rose Day Cream

I cannot stress enough how fabulous this moisturizer is. I have been using this Cream for years and I pray it never goes off the market. The company uses extracts of wild rose hips, rose blossoms and rose wax which have been enriched with rose water and a higher content of essential oil from Damask roses. The smell is divine. If you don’t enjoy a thicker cream, you may not like it but I find it softens fine lines faster than any other product I have tried.

Thayers Rose Petal Toner

For years I never felt a toner was needed in my skincare routine but a friend advised me to give the Thayers toner a try. I was amazed at how much clearer and cleaner my skin became. Thayers Rose toner is made with rose water, filet of aloe vera, and Witch Hazel extract. Rosewater is great because it is full of Vitamin C, which is crucial for collagen production. I’m convinced now that I need to use a toner and the glow from using this product is worth the money on its own.

Dr Hauschka Regenerating Eye Cream

Again, my love for Dr Hauschka is apparent. This anti-aging eye cream from their line is another fav of mine. It contains borage seed oil, and extracts of hydrating quince seed and birch leaves. Works wonderfully to minimize fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.

Moroccan Argan Oil

I love using a Moroccan Argan oil on my skin and hair. This oil by Acure is rich in vitamin E, essential fatty acids, and proteins. It helps improve the texture and tone of the skin and works great on dry, brittle hair.

 Aura Cacia Rosehip Oil

Aura Cacia Rosehip Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of rose fruits. It contains essential fatty acids, including linoleic and linolenic acids, which are known for making the skin soft and supple

ALAFFIA COCONUT TEXTURIZING SPRAY

Alaffia’s texture spray gives hair that beachy look most women love. The natural sea salt helps add volume to the roots so it keeps your style from falling flat. I love that it has coconut water, which helps protect the hair from drying out.

Alaffia Coconut Face Scrub

Alaffia’s has a wonderful face scrub that is made with Ethically Traded virgin coconut oil and purifying sugar which is great for exfoliating your skin. It leaves your skin so soft and smooth. Works great for acne prone skin as well.

Aztec Secret Indian healing Clay

The Indian Healing Clay is one of my favorite products ever. I love to use this 2 to 3x per week. It has known benefits for tightening the skin, reducing pores, healing acne and reducing puffiness. I mix it with apple cider vinegar for extra tightening of the skin.

We hope you enjoyed our blog on great beauty finds at your local Whole Foods Market. These products should be a must in your skincare routine. XOXO
