Who doesn’t love desert? Who doesn’t love chocolate? Who doesn’t love cookies? I am not a HUGE fan of chocolate but I am a HUGE fan of Kashi Chocolate Almond Butter soft baked cookies. They have just the right amount of goodness. I came across these gems by accident. I am not always a fan of pre-made cookies. But Kashi never lets me down, with quality ingredients and high standards their products always meet my high expectations. You could say that I am a tad bit obsessed with these…kinda hard to find so I always buy two boxes when I find them (You will too). Huge fan of almond butter and sweet yet not too sweet desserts. These cookies do not disappoint. They are soft and have a chunky texture. I can eat one for breakfast with coffee or I can have one in the middle of the day when I want something to snack on or after dinner for dessert. They are low in fat and low in calories. And have 3g of fiber which is a bonus for a cookie. Once you try one, you will see what I mean about obsessed. On a scale of one to 10- I would give these a 12.
