WHAT IS THE KETO DIET?

The keto diet focuses on high fat, moderate protein and a low carbohydrate diet plan. For the keto to work, you must reduce your carb Intake drastically. For most of us, this is the hard part. If you are like us, we love Italian food and Bread, Bread and more Bread. A typical day of keto allows 25-50 grams total of carbs. This will force your body to go into ketosis which is a metabolic state. Hitting this state will make your body more efficient at burning fat. The lower amount of carbs you consume makes it easier to reach ketosis.
